For the first time in New Zealand, we are hosting a life-changing healing retreat specifically designed for survivors of the prostitution system.
From March 28th to 30th, Wahine Toa Rising will offer a unique space for these courageous women to connect, heal, and rise together.
This retreat will inspire survivors to:
🌻 Achieve further healing through specialised trauma informed sessions.
🌻 Build a sisterhood of solidarity, where they can share strength, support, and inspiration.
🌻 Gain advocacy tools to ensure their voices are heard and represented in local, national, and international policy discussions.
Sessions Include:
- Ally-Marie Diamond – Survivor advocate, Founder of WTR, Lived experience in NZ
- Beck Thompson – Psychologist, author, international speaker, and educator
- Sabrinna Valisce – Survivor Leader, SPACE International representative with lived experience in NZ
- Ninakaye Taanetinorau – Managing Director at Tiki Taane, Lived experience in NZ
- Carena Grant – Wahine Toa Rising advocate and social worker
